As Silos Re Real Estate logistics & industrial we have concluded an ‘important transaction related to a property for logistics, last-mile in Fiumicino, in one of the most important areas for logistics services in Rome Metropolitan City.

The property subject of the transaction is about 4,000 square meters, leased to Arco Spedizioni S.p.A., one of the leading national operators in logistics and transport that, with this new location consolidates its presence in the Roman territory.

A new transaction for Silos Re has been completed. We have joined Prologis Italia in an ‘important investment transaction. The commercial property subject of the transaction is located in Rome, Settecamini area, in a prime location within an area of high commercial interest.. The asset subject of the transaction is located on a lot of a total of 13,000 sqm, of which 5,100 sqm of SLP with an area designated for ample parking (400 parking spaces). A major international operator in GDS currently occupies the building. A major Silos Re operation that enabled us to close a very busy year indeed.

A new successful operation for SILOS RE. We supported Dea Capital Real Estate SGR, as the management company of the Alpha Immobiliare Fund, in the sale of a property owned by the fund. The asset, for logistic purposes, is located in the ROME EST area, in via di Tor Cervara, near the homonymous exit of the A24 urban section. The property has a covered area of approximately 25,200m² with 2,400m² of offices. A new important operation that confirms that the Roman area is of crucial importance for the logistics and development of productive realities not only local but also national.

The property, for logistical use, object of the operation is located in Parma in a strategic position for the whole of northern and central Italy. An asset with a total area of 13120 sq m, of which 920 sq m are intended for offices. Currently an important international operator of logistic services occupies the building.
