New project successfully completed for Silos Re. In fact, we have closed an important income investment transaction on a property for logistics use in Monterotondo, in the province of Rome, in an area with a high concentration of logistics properties. The property involved in the transaction is about 6,000 m², currently occupied by a leading company in the large-scale retail sector.
