Silos Re Real Estate announces the conclusion of a major leasing transaction in the logistics sector, working alongside Logicor Italia and Kryalos Sgr in the marketing of a warehouse of approximately 16,200 sq. m. located in the strategic industrial area of Pomezia, on the outskirts of Rome. The property, which features large outdoor spaces and numerous loading bays, has been leased to a leading logistics operator in the large-scale retail sector. Silos Re supported Logicor Italia and Kryalos Sgr in the acquisition of the property in 2018 and today, with the relocation of the spaces, the value creation process is concluded. This operation represents a further step in Silos Re Real Estate’s strategy to consolidate its position as a reference partner for companies in the logistics and industrial sectors in the Lazio market.

Silos Re Real Estate announces the conclusion of a major new transaction in the logistics sector. A warehouse of about 19,500 square meters in the industrial area of Pomezia has been leased to Interglobo Srl, a leading international network specializing in transportation, logistics and supply chain, consolidating its presence in the Roman market. Thanks to our strong partnership with Logicor Italia and Kryalos Sgr, we were able to meet Interglobo’s specific needs by positioning it in a strategic location for its activities. Having identified the tenant even before the release of the property from the previous one, this transaction confirms our ability to create value for our clients by reducing vacancy times to zero.

Silos Re | Kryalos Sgr | Monterotondo lease

Silos Re is pleased to announce the successful completion of a new marketing operation for a prestigious logistics property, strategically located in the industrial area of Monterotondo, north-east of Rome. The property, boasting a covered area of approximately 11,800 square meters and a prime location along the A1 Milan-Naples motorway, was acquired by Kryalos Sgr in 2020, with the expert guidance of Silos Re. The property underwent a significant renovation, overseen by Logicor Italia, which unlocked its potential to meet the most advanced needs of modern logistics. In 2024, Kryalos Sgr once again selected Silos Re as their real estate advisor for the entire property’s lease to Monetti SpA, a leading Italian pharmaceutical company. This new operation underscores Silos Re’s ability to deliver added value to its clients, providing tailor-made, high-quality real estate solutions in the logistics and industrial sectors.

Silos Re formalizes the sale of a last mile income property located in Rome in the southeast quadrant of the city, inside the GRA, in the Cinecittà district. The asset, a commercial/logistics destination, has an area of about 5,000 square meters and is currently leased to Fedex Italia, a leading company in the shipping sector. Silos Re in this transaction has joined both the Cos91 property and important Italian SGR. End of the year ending for Silos Re with the closing of an ‘important income investment transaction on a property for logistics use, in Pomezia, at a very delicate time in the real estate investment market. The property involved in the transaction is approximately 6,100 square meters, currently occupied by a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector. Silos Re worked alongside Logicor and the Thunder III Fund managed by Kryalos SGR for the entire transaction.

Silos Re & Logicor new commercialization

A new deal has been closed by Silos RE. We partnered with Logicor, one of the leading operators and developers in the European logistics market, to market a newly renovated property in Fiumicino.

The asset is located in the area of WEST ROME, in an area with a high density of logistics real estate. Strategic area for last-mile services on Rome Metropolitan City. A state-of-the-art property of about 40,000 sq m with double loading frontage and 1,500 sq m of office space.

The property will house several tenants. Specifically, this operation sees: Sda Express Courier, a leading operator in logistics services, occupying part of the property with an area of about 6,000 sq. m. plus an additional 450 sq. m. set aside for offices; TNT, which will occupy just over 6,000 sq. m.; and the Roman GROS group, masters of fresh food, which will have a space of about 26,000 sq. m. plus 1,088 sq. m. of office space.

A major new operation that brings the Fiumicino area back to being among the most strategic in the capital after the two-year pandemic.
