A warehouse of about 19,500 square meters in the industrial area of Pomezia has been leased to Interglobo Srl, a leading international network specializing in transportation, logistics and supply chain, consolidating its presence in the Roman market. Thanks to our strong partnership with Logicor Italia and Kryalos Sgr, we were able to meet Interglobo’s specific needs by positioning it in a strategic location for its activities. Having identified the tenant even before the release of the property from the previous one, this transaction confirms our ability to create value for our clients by reducing vacancy times to zero.
