A new transaction for Silos Re has been completed. We have joined Prologis Italia in an ‘important investment transaction. The commercial property subject of the transaction is located in Rome, Settecamini area, in a prime location within an area of high commercial interest.. The asset subject of the transaction is located on a lot of a total of 13,000 sqm, of which 5,100 sqm of SLP with an area designated for ample parking (400 parking spaces). A major international operator in GDS currently occupies the building. A major Silos Re operation that enabled us to close a very busy year indeed.
