





A new deal has been closed by Silos RE. We joined Logicor, one of the leading operators and developers in the European logistics market, in the commercialization of a newly renovated property in Fiumicino.
The asset is located in the area of West of Rome, in an area with a high density of logistics properties. Strategic area for last-mile services on Rome Metropolitan City. The surface is approximately 40,000 sqm with double front loading and 1,500 sqm of office space.
The property will host three tenants. In particular this operation sees: Sda Express Courier, a leading operator in logistics services, to occupy part of the property with an area of about 6,000 sqm. plus 450 sqm set for offices; TNT, which will have just over 6,000 sqm; and the
, masters of fresh food, which will have a space of about 26,000 sqm plus 1,088 sqm of offices.

The subject complex is located in Rome, Settecamini area with direct access to the A1 North Direction and in the vicinity of the Salaria, an area of high logistical interest.
The property with a total area of over 13,000 square meters is now occupied by two important operators in the logistics market: Demas Srl, a reference point in the veterinary market in Italy and Arco Spedizioni SpA, an international company in the transport of goods.
A successful operation, which confirms that the Roman area is strategically important for logistics and distribution for many operators in the sector.
