End of the year ending for Silos Re with the closing of an ‘important income investment transaction on a property for logistics use, in Pomezia, at a very delicate time in the real estate investment market.
The property involved in the transaction is approximately 6,100 square meters, currently occupied by a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Silos Re worked alongside Logicor and the Thunder III Fund managed by Kryalos SGR for the entire transaction.
